Mohammad Eslami with referring to Iran’s nuclear programs declared, “They know themselves that the all allegations which have been made against the Islamic Republic of Iran are big lies and are used as leverage against our country. However, the interactions with IAEA are underway, as we are arranging Rafael Grossi’s visit to Iran”.

He went on to say, “We have no deadlock with the Agency. In fact, some of the claims are related to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and some are tied to our cooperation with the Agency and the safeguard issue. The document of JCPOA was based on lifting the sanctions and then we accept observations and limitations”.

Eslami emphasized that there was no deadlock, while adding, “We have neither dispute with the Agency nor the JCPOA has been reached the deadlock”.

When he was asked about whether Rafael Grossi’s potential visit to Tehran would resolve the issues between Iran, the Agency and the JCPOA, Mohammad Eslami replied, “His visit has been always welcomed. The missions are in Iran and our interactions with the Agency are always underway”.
