In a meeting with Mokhtari, Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian stressed the expansion of relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Vatican.
Referring to the importance of bilateral relations, he called for taking advantage of religious capacities and commonalities in line with expanding cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Vatican.
Meanwhile, Mokhtari presented a report on his mission and plans for the improvement of Iran’s cooperation with the Vatican.
