EU blacklisting IRGC not to go ahead as France opposes
TEHRAN, Jan. 28 (DID) – The EU is expected to sanction some 20 Iranian individuals and entities this week, but is not expected to blacklist the IRGC due to opposition from France, officials said Tuesday.
