According to didgahnews, sources in Kabul say that the explosion occurred at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 22, in front of the representative gate of the Electronic Identity Cards Department in the 20-meter area of ​​Dasht Barchi.

Hasht Sobh newspaper wrote that although the Taliban said that only 4 people, including 2 Taliban, were injured in this incident, some sources say that this explosion also killed 3 people.
