Mohammad Reza Rezaei Kouchi, the chairman of the Civil Commission of the Iranian Parliament emphasized that the credits related to construction projects and the housing sector need special attention in the next year’s budget bill.

Mohammad Reza Rezaei Kouchi while explaining the meeting of the Civil Commission of the Iranian Parliament, said that in the Civil Commission meeting, the budget bill of 1403 was examined.

“A number of officials of government attended this meeting and presented their credit proposals to be included in the next year’s budget bill to the commission,” he stated.

This is a very large gap between the available resources and the necessary credits to complete construction projects, Rezaei Kouchi emphasized.

“If we continue working with the same resources, the completion of the projects will continue for many years.” This parliamentary official said. “Therefore, we are looking to speed up the completion of projects through capacities such as swap, free bitumen, Article 56 (banking facilities) and the private sectors.”

We want to use the capacity of non-governmental resources for completing construction projects, the delegate of the people of Jahrom and Khafar in the Islamic Council announced.
