In a message, Ayatollah Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi congratulated the re-election of Mr Miguel Díaz-Canel as the President of Cuba by the National Assembly of the country and expressed hope that in the new era, the relations between the two countries will expand even more.
Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel was elected for a second five-year term on Wednesday.
