Shamkhani put emphasis on the rapid acceleration of joint economic projects based on the agreements of both Presidents of the countries, as referring to the growing relations between the countries in all fields.

He went on to say, “The complete role of Iran and Russia in the world energy markets and its transit are considered significant and essential. Fortunately, by serious will and constant efforts of two countries, economic cooperation between Iran and Russia is on the strategic agreement path”.

Levitin, in his turn, declared, “Fortunately, by measures taken by banking and economic officials, necessary steps have been done to remove the limitations caused by sanctions in economic areas and we will witness a serious dramatic improvement in trade relations between the two countries”.
