According to security officials, three people were killed and three others were injured when a car carrying the deputy national security minister of Parwan exploded.

According to him, two bodyguards of “Najib Fahim”, the deputy mayor of Parwan, were killed along with one of his drivers and three others were injured in the incident.
The Parwan police chief said that the deputy mayor of Parwan was not harmed in the incident.
This is the second explosion in the car of government employees and civilians in Parwan in the past few hours.
