Speaking at a ceremony on Saturday, Rear Admiral Shahram Irani said that the presence of the country’s Navy in international waters with the help of scientific capabilities and equipment has been always powerful and successful.
He added that in addition to escorting fleets, the strategic navy of the Iranian army is noticed by the international community regarding its contribution to ensuring security. 
Referring to the presence of the Iranian Navy in all international waters, he added that today, even the countries who claim they have established maritime safety, have asked for Iran’s assistance to their fleets. 
He also pointed out that the Army strategic navy has a presence in humanitarian operations in addition to the military scene.
