In a post on his X account (formerly known as Twitter) on Friday, Mikhail Ulyanov announced that he had held talks with his Iranian counterpart Mohsen Naziri Asl. 
The meeting was held before the quarterly meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA ).
