The spokesman of the Yemeni armed forces, General Yahya Saree, announced in a statement on Thursday that the Yemeni naval, drone and missile forces targeted two Israeli ships the MSC DEGO and the MSC GINA in the Gulf of Aden using a number of ballistic missiles and drones.
Saree also said the Yemeni Sana’a government’s forces also targeted the MSC VITTORIA in the Indian Ocean and again in the Gulf of Aden.
The spokesman of the Yemeni armed forces had previously announced the beginning of the fourth phase of escalation against the Zionist regime in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza Strip and declared that this phase includes targeting all ships that violate the Yemeni ban on Zionist Israeli regime including ships that depart from the Mediterranean Sea to the ports of Palestine that are occupied by Israel. The Yemeni armed forces target these ships in any area they have access to, Saree had said.
