On the sidelines of the Xiangshan Forum, Belarusian Defense Minister Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin met with Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi, the top military advisor to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, BelTA learned from the press service of the Defense Ministry of Belarus.
In August, Viktor Khrenin paid a visit to Tehran and held talks with Iranian defense officials.
During his visit to Iran, an MoU was signed in the meeting between Iran’s Defense Minister Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Ashtiani and his Belarusian counterpart.
