“Today we had the busiest registration day, 86 people reached out to the country’s election headquarters, of which 22 people were registered,” Mohammad Eslami, the spokesperson of the election headquarters said on Monday afternoon.
“Out of this number, one person was a woman and 21 were men.”
The registration process will continue until 18:00 today and the deadline will not be extended, he added.
