The leaders of the Palestinian Resistance Movement, Hamas in a special meeting on Friday evening met and discussed the latest political and field developments of the Gaza war and the regional dimensions caused by the Zionist regime’s military aggression in the region.
Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political bureau of the resistance movement Hamas and the Secretary General of the Islamic Jihad in Palestine, Ziad Al-Nakhale praised the legendary stand of the Palestinian nation, especially the powerful people of Gaza against the unprecedented crimes of the Zionist occupiers in contemporary history, emphasizing that today’s resistance is the scene of stability and confrontation with the criminal aggressors which has caused heavy losses to the Zionist enemy.
In this meeting, the leaders of Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad emphasized the conditions of the Palestinian Resistance in the cease-fire negotiations in the Gaza Strip, adding that the success of any indirect negotiation depends on the four conditions of the Resistance, including the cessation of the Gaza war, the complete withdrawal of the occupiers from the entire Gaza Strip, return of Gaza refugees, the transfer of aid and the exchange of Gazan prisoners.
Haniyeh and Al-Nakhleh pointed out the desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque by the occupiers and the wave of arrests in the West Bank, stressing that the Palestinian nation is in direct and all-out conflict with the occupiers throughout the occupied Palestinian territories, emphasizing that the intensification of resistance with all its forms in all battlefields against the occupiers is necessary.
They also appreciated the moral positions of Iran in supporting the Palestinian nation and the Axis of Resistance and the legal rights of the Palestinians.
In the end, the Palestinian leaders asked the Muslim world to expand the scope of confronting the occupiers and express their anger against them.
