According to the Palestinian resources, Israeli regime Minister of Heritage Amichai Eliyahu has said that in the ongoing war with the Palestinian Resistance groups “one of the possible options” for Israel is dropping a nuclear bomb on the Gaza Strip.
Eliyahu, who is a member of the Otzma Yehudit party in Israel made such stark remarks during a radio interview, according to media.
As regards the Israeli prisoners held by Hamas, he said that every war comes with costs. He further asserted that the Gaza Strip should no longer exist on Earth and that the occupying regime should resume building settlements there.
Following these statements, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, Benyamin Netanyahu avoided responsibility for his statements, saying that Eliyahu’s statements have nothing to do with reality.
In this regard, Netanyahu also ordered Eliyahu to stop attending cabinet meetings until further notice.
