Head of Iran’s Foreign Policy Strategic Council Kamal Kharrazi met with talks with Abdullah Hashem Al Sayani, a member of the political office of Ansarullah Yemen in Tehran on Sunday.
During the meeting, they discussed the latest field and political developments in Yemen.
Kharrazi emphasized the continuation of the support of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the oppressed people of Yemen.
He also expressed the readiness of Iran to share the political experience with Ansarullah in the upcoming stages.
Emphasizing the necessity of preserving the territorial integrity of Yemen and tackling the sufferings of the Yemeni people, including the lifting of the blockade on the impoverished country, Kharrazi said, “After the negotiations related to the humanitarian issues caused by the war, it is necessary to have a coherent plan for the start of the Yemeni-Yemeni negotiations.”
Kharrazi called the three elements of faith, leadership, and popular support as the factors behind the success of the resistance in Yemen and emphasized pursuing the political process to resolve the crisis in that country.
