Ashraf Ghani left the country while Taliban forces were at the gates of Kabul, Afghan media reported Sunday.

Ghani is leaving for Tajikistan, media reported.
Novosti also quoted a source in the presidential palace as saying that Ghani had agreed to resign.
The source added: “The conflict in Kabul cannot be prevented.”
