Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi and his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev expressed felicitations on Nowruz.
They emphasized the need for strengthening relations and friendships between Tehran and Baku, wishing prosperity, health, and happiness for the people of the two countries.
Other Iranian and Azeri officials also felicitated their counterparts on the Nowruz occasion.
