All drones were destroyed during the attack, Lavrov said, as reported by Russian news agencies TASS and Interfax on Monday.
Following the incident, Lavrov stated that Russia will retaliate, with targets and timing for a counterstrike already determined.
Despite the attack, Russia plans to continue negotiations with US and others, but will change its negotiating position.
The Russian foreign minister did not provide specific details about the planned countermeasures, the report added.
