A military plane crashed in Yakima County, Washington state, in the northwestern US, the local Fox News affiliate reported.
According to the report, the pilot ejected successfully and was taken to a hospital. The cause of the crash remains unknown.
The crash triggered a forest fire. Rescuers evacuated campers near Rimrock Lake, close to where the incident occurred.
